Walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light
— Helen Keller

Does your child struggle to make and maintain meaningful friendships? Does he/she have Autism or other social struggles that make it difficult for them to interact with peers their own age? If so, join Patterns for our BCBA led social groups and camps. We are forming groups now. Contact Patterns today for class availability.

  • Huckleberry (Preschool-Kinder)
  • Explorers (Grades 1-3)
  • Pathfinders (Grades 3-5)
  • Trailblazers (Middle-High School)

Additionally, we invite you to include and/or invite your child’s friends and peers to attend social group. Doing this allows us to teach specific skills and to plan for generalization from the very start. Social skills are best learned in an applied setting where there are natural opportunities to practice. Our social groups are held in multiple natural settings so that meaningful skills can be the emphasis and focus.
